Where we ship

We currently ship A Delicious Life to customers within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

How your order is fulfilled

To keep shipping fast and affordable, we fulfill orders locally depending on your delivery address:

  • European Union: orders are packed and shipped directly by Veridian Press from Austria.
  • United States: orders are printed and shipped by our local print-on-demand partner within the US.
  • United Kingdom: orders are printed and shipped by our local print-on-demand partner within the UK.

This local fulfillment model means you generally won't pay international customs or import charges when your order ships from within your own region, and delivery times are typically faster than shipping a single item worldwide from one location.

Processing and delivery times

  • Order processing: please allow 1–3 business days for us (or our local fulfillment partner) to prepare your order before it ships.
  • Estimated delivery:
    • European Union: 3–7 business days after processing.
    • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days after processing.
    • United States: 3–7 business days after processing.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes are shown separately at checkout where required by law.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@veridianpress.com so we can help resolve the issue. This is separate from, and does not affect, your rights under our Return and Refund Policy.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, though we will do our best to assist if this happens.
